How to cancel Kaspersky

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to My Kaspersky and open the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the subscription and click Manage subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Review the benefits shown and click Cancel subscription again to turn off auto-renewal.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
- The order number in your confirmation email or your card statement shows which provider bills you.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Kaspersky app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
