How to cancel Bitdefender

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to Bitdefender Central at central.bitdefender.com.
- Open My Subscriptions in the left menu, then the My Payments tab.
- Click View details for the product, then Manage your subscription renewal options.
- Click End Auto-Renewal, choose a reason and confirm End Auto-Renewal.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you can't stop renewal in My Payments, use the Verifone (2Checkout) account at store.bitdefender.com/myaccount.
- Cancelling immediately with a refund is only offered within 30 days of purchase.
