Consumer disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first — we prefer to solve any issue directly. We are not obliged to take part in, and don't currently use, dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including bringing a claim before the courts of your country of residence, are not affected.
