How to cancel Norton

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to your Norton account at my.norton.com.
- Open the My Subscriptions tab and find the subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal, then Unsubscribe next to Plan Renewal.
- Choose a reason, then click No thanks, cancel my subscription, and Next.
- Wait for the confirmation. It can take up to 24 hours to show in your account.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Turning off automatic renewal may remove benefits tied to it.
- In Japan, orders starting with SY are cancelled at nortonstore.jp instead.
