How to cancel Surfshark

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in to your Surfshark account in a web browser.
- Select your email address at the top right, then Subscription.
- Open Payments.
- Select Cancel auto-renewal and confirm.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Surfshark doesn't stop that billing.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Surfshark app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
