How to cancel Proton

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at account.proton.me.
- Go to Settings, then All settings, then Subscription.
- Scroll down to Cancel subscription and click Continue.
- Click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You can't change your plan while an invoice is unpaid.
- On the Free plan, Mail storage over 1 GB stops you sending or receiving new email.
