How to cancel ExpressVPN

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to portal.expressvpn.com and sign in.
- Under Automatic renewal, select Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Before you cancel
- You can't cancel in the app. Use a web browser.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with ExpressVPN doesn't stop that billing.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the ExpressVPN app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
