Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Check your contract end date in My Vodafone.
- Open Vodafone's online cancellation form.
- Choose an end date at least one month ahead and submit.
- Or call 0800-0094 (free) or visit a Vodafone shop.
Before you cancel
- The notice period is usually one month, so choose your end date with that in mind.
- Ending during the minimum term means paying 50% of the remaining amount in one go.
- If you're keeping your mobile number, don't cancel yourself. Ask your new provider to transfer the number, which ends the old contract.
