How to cancel Xbox Game Pass

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the account you bought it with.
- Find Xbox Game Pass and select Manage.
- Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
- If you're offered the choice, pick whether it ends now or on its expiry date.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Xbox Game Pass app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
