How to cancel X Premium

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Use the platform where you subscribed: x.com, the iPhone app or the Android app.
- If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings on x.com and manage your Premium subscription there.
- Cancel the subscription.
- If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel through Apple or Google Play instead.
Before you cancel
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with X Premium doesn't stop that billing.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the X Premium app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
