How to cancel Odido

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Check your contract end date in Mijn Odido or the Odido app.
- Mobile: in Mijn Odido, choose to cancel your subscription.
- Internet and TV: use the cancellation page at internet.odido.nl/abonnementen/opzeggen.
- Choose the subscription and the end date, then confirm.
- Return the modem or TV box as the confirmation email explains.
Before you cancel
- Only the contract holder can cancel.
- If you're keeping your mobile number, don't cancel yourself. Ask your new provider to transfer the number, which ends the old contract.
- Return the provider's equipment (modem, TV box) after the contract ends, or you may be charged for it.
