The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Check your contract end date in Mijn Ziggo.
- Fill in Ziggo's online cancellation form and choose your end date.
- Or call Ziggo on 088 121 28 12.
- Return Ziggo's equipment after the contract ends.
Before you cancel
- The notice period is usually one month, so choose your end date with that in mind.
- Ending during the minimum term means paying 50% of the remaining amount in one go.
- Return the provider's equipment (modem, TV box) after the contract ends, or you may be charged for it.
