How to cancel KPN

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Find your contract end date in MijnKPN.
- Open KPN's cancellation page and sign in with your KPN ID.
- Choose the subscription and fill in the online form.
- Or ask KPN customer service to call you back.
- Return the equipment if your confirmation asks you to.
Before you cancel
- The notice period is usually one month, so choose your end date with that in mind.
- Ending before the contract end date costs an early-termination fee.
- If you're keeping your mobile number, don't cancel yourself. Ask your new provider to transfer the number, which ends the old contract.
