How to cancel Wix

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to the Premium Subscriptions page in your Wix account at premium.wix.com.
- Click the More Actions icon next to the plan.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Click Cancel Now to confirm.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Cancelling a site plan doesn't cancel domains, business email or app subscriptions.
- Site plans can renew up to 3 weeks before they expire.
