How to cancel TIDAL

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to account.tidal.com and log in.
- Open Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with TIDAL doesn't stop that billing.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the TIDAL app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
