How to cancel Pandora

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Check your bank statement to see who bills you for Pandora.
- If Pandora bills you, sign in on a computer and go to the Subscriptions page at pandora.com/settings/subscription.
- Select Switch Plans, then click Cancel Subscription in the bottom corner.
- Confirm the cancellation of future payments.
Before you cancel
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Pandora app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
