The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to Your Amazon Music Settings at amazon.com/music/settings.
- Go to the Amazon Music Unlimited section.
- Select Cancel in your Subscription Renewal details.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Before you cancel
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Some monthly plans can be paused instead. Annual plans, free trials, promotions and app store or mobile provider plans can't.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Amazon Music Unlimited app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
