How to cancel Deezer

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- On deezer.com, open your profile.
- Select Account settings, then Manage my subscription.
- Select Cancel my subscription.
- Choose a reason and confirm. A confirmation email follows.
Before you cancel
- You move to Deezer Free, and downloaded music no longer plays offline.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Deezer doesn't stop that billing.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Deezer app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
