Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to your Qobuz account on qobuz.com.
- Go to the streaming plan section of your profile.
- Select the unsubscribe link for your active subscription.
- Complete the cancellation steps on screen.
Before you cancel
- Streaming stops at the end of the current period. Your account and library stay available.
- If you subscribed through a third-party app such as Apple, cancel with that provider.
