How to cancel SiriusXM

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to the SiriusXM Online Account Center at care.siriusxm.com.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Cancel your subscription there.
- Or chat with an agent online, or call 866-635-8641.
Before you cancel
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
- If you're not sure who bills you, check your bank or card statement.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the SiriusXM app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
