How to cancel Spotify

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in on spotify.com.
- Open Manage your plan.
- Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Before you cancel
- Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to the free plan.
- Only the plan manager can cancel a Family or Duo plan.
- Cancelling during a free trial ends it right away.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Spotify app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
