How to cancel Perplexity Pro

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to perplexity.ai/settings and sign in.
- Scroll to Subscription under Perplexity Pro.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Perplexity Pro doesn't stop that billing.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Perplexity Pro app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
