How to cancel Prime Video

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to Account & Settings on primevideo.com.
- Open the Your Account tab.
- Prime Video-only plan: select End Subscription.
- Included with Amazon Prime: select Edit on Amazon and cancel Prime there.
Before you cancel
- If Prime Video comes with Amazon Prime, cancel your Prime membership instead.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Prime Video app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
