How to cancel PureGym

Offers to stay
- PureGym lets you freeze your membership for up to 3 months in a 12-month period instead of cancelling. Depending on your membership, a freeze can cost a small monthly fee. Fixed-term memberships can't be frozen.Source, checked on 23 Oct 2026.
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to the Members' area on the website or in the app.
- Open Manage, then choose to cancel your membership.
- Do it at least 4 working days before your next payment date.
Before you cancel
- Your membership runs until the day before your next payment.
- Fixed-term memberships can't be cancelled online. Contact Member Services.
