How to cancel pCloud

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at my.pcloud.com.
- Click your account avatar.
- Open subscription management.
- Choose Cancel on your subscription.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with pCloud doesn't stop that billing.
- Cancelling is not a refund request.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the pCloud app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
