How to cancel Dropbox

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at dropbox.com.
- Select your avatar, then Manage account.
- Select Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.
- Choose a reason, select Continue canceling and follow the prompts.
Before you cancel
- At the end of the billing period you move to the free 2 GB plan. Over that, syncing stops and files may be deleted.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Dropbox doesn't stop that billing.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Dropbox app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
