How to cancel Google One

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to one.google.com and sign in.
- Select Settings at the top right.
- Select Cancel membership, then Cancel.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You go back to 15 GB of free storage. If you use more, Gmail can't send or receive mail.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Google One app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
