- Sign in to your Peloton Account Settings at onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- Cancel your membership there.
- Or call Peloton Member Support on 1-866-679-9129 to cancel.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You don't get a prorated refund for the rest of the period.
