How to cancel Box

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to Box, click your account avatar at the top right and choose Account Settings.
- In Account Details, click Cancel Account.
- Complete the short survey and click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm.
Before you cancel
- The account cancels at the end of the current service term.
- For Business or Enterprise plans, only an admin can cancel, in Admin Console under Account & Billing.
- If you get no confirmation email, contact cancel@box.com, or the account may not be cancelled.
