How to cancel Zoom

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at zoom.com/signin as the account owner or admin.
- Open your profile menu at the top right and select Plans and billing.
- Find your plan and click Cancel Plan.
- Confirm the cancellation. You should get a confirmation email.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Zoom doesn't stop that billing.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Cloud recordings stay for 30 days after the paid plan ends, then they are deleted.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Zoom app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
