How to cancel Google Workspace

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to the Google Admin console and go to Billing, then Subscriptions (admin.google.com/ac/billing/subscriptions).
- Click your subscription, then More if shown, then Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a reason and continue through the prompts, skipping the alternatives offered.
- Tick the box to confirm you understand what happens to your data.
- Enter your email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
Before you cancel
- Workspace data is deleted after cancelling and can't be restored, so export it first.
- On an Annual or Fixed-Term Plan, you are charged the rest of the contract when you cancel.
- If you bought Workspace through a reseller, contact the reseller to cancel.
