How to cancel Canva
The steps to cancel Canva, checked on 21 Oct 2026 against Canva's own help page. If something looks different, that page has the latest steps.
Offers to stay
- Canva lets you pause your plan for 3 months instead of cancelling. The option appears after you choose Cancel plan. Annual plans can only be paused in the last two months before renewal, and plans paid through the iOS App Store can't be paused.Source, checked on 23 Oct 2026.
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in to the right Canva account or team.
- Open your profile menu and select Settings.
- Go to Billing and select Cancel plan.
- Select Continue cancellation, choose a reason, then Cancel subscription.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Canva doesn't stop that billing.

If you subscribed in the Canva app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
