How to cancel Adobe

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Under Plans and payment, select Manage plan.
- Select Cancel your plan, then Continue to cancel.
- Choose a reason, check the details and select Confirm cancellation.
Before you cancel
- Annual plan paid monthly: after the first 14 days, Adobe charges an early-termination fee (in the US, 50% of what's left of the contract). Check the amount before you confirm.
- Each Adobe plan has to be cancelled separately.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Adobe doesn't stop that billing.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Adobe app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
