Offers to stay
- Basic-Fit lets you freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks at a time, twice per membership year. It's included with Ultimate and a paid extra on Comfort and Premium.Source, checked on 23 Oct 2026.
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Sign in to My Basic-Fit on the website or in the app.
- Open the page to cancel your membership.
- Confirm, and note the end date that's shown.
- Or use the self-service kiosk in any club.
Before you cancel
- The notice period is 4 weeks. With a 52-week minimum term, payments continue until it ends.
- Cancelling yourself is free. Third-party cancellation websites may charge for it.
