How to cancel Calm

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in to Calm in a web browser.
- Select your profile icon at the top right, then Settings.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Calm doesn't stop that billing.
- Family plan: only the admin can cancel, on the website.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Calm app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
