How to cancel Headspace

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in at headspace.com in a web browser, not in the app.
- Open your subscription page: headspace.com/subscription/manage.
- Select Cancel membership.
- If there's no button, email help@headspace.com to cancel.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Headspace doesn't stop that billing.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Headspace app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
