How to cancel Crunchyroll

The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in at crunchyroll.com in a web browser.
- Open the profile menu, then Settings.
- Go to Membership Info to see who bills you.
- Billed by Crunchyroll: select Cancel and follow the prompts.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Crunchyroll doesn't stop that billing.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Crunchyroll app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
