How to cancel Snapchat+

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Check how you signed up: on the web, on iPhone or on Android.
- If you signed up on the web, go to the Snapchat accounts portal at accounts.snapchat.com and cancel there.
- You can also open Manage in Snapchat, which takes web subscribers to their web subscription page.
- If you signed up on iPhone or Android, cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Snapchat+ doesn't stop that billing.
- Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, so it doesn't renew.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Snapchat+ app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
