How to cancel Twitch
The steps to cancel Twitch, checked on 28 Oct 2026 against Twitch's own help page. If something looks different, that page has the latest steps.
Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to your Subscriptions page at twitch.tv/subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to stop. Turbo has its own tab.
- Click the cog on the right-hand side.
- Select Don't Renew Subscription.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Twitch doesn't stop that billing.
- Turbo and each channel subscription renew separately, so set each one to Don't Renew.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Twitch app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
