How to cancel Netflix

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in if asked.
- Select Cancel, then Finish Cancellation.
- If there's no cancel button, your Account page shows who bills you and how to cancel there.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with Netflix doesn't stop that billing.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Netflix app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
