How to cancel GoDaddy

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Go to your Renewals and Billing page at account.godaddy.com/myrenewals and select Manage Subscriptions.
- In the subscriptions list, choose the product and select Cancel subscription.
- Choose a reason and continue. Answer any extra questions.
- Check the cancellation date and confirm the cancellation.
Before you cancel
- If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel there instead. Cancelling with GoDaddy doesn't stop that billing.
- You can use the product until the subscription ends. After that, the product and its data are deleted.
- A domain must be active before you can change its auto-renew setting.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the GoDaddy app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
