Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Open the Uber app and tap the Account icon.
- Tap Uber One.
- Scroll down and tap Manage Membership.
- Tap End Membership and follow the prompts.
Before you cancel
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day, or you'll be charged for the next cycle.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If you're on a free trial or a paused membership, benefits end as soon as you cancel.
