- Sign in to Deliveroo on the website or in the app.
- Go to Account, then Deliveroo Plus.
- Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.
- If you can't cancel, contact Deliveroo Customer Care.
Before you cancel
- Cancel before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next one.
- You can ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid period.
