How to cancel HelloFresh

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in to your HelloFresh account on hellofresh.com.
- Click your name in the top right corner and choose Account Settings.
- On the Plan settings page, scroll to Status and click Cancel Plan.
- Follow the prompts until you see that your account is cancelled.
Before you cancel
- Cancel by 11:59 pm Pacific time, 5 days before your next delivery. Orders already processed are still charged.
- To take a break instead, you can skip a week's delivery from your menu.
