How to cancel Disney+

Offers to stay
The cancel flow may show you an offer to stay, such as a discount or a pause. You can always say no and finish cancelling.
Steps
- Log in to Disney+ in a web browser, on a computer or phone.
- Select your profile, then Account.
- Under Subscription, select your Disney+ plan.
- Select Cancel Subscription and finish the short survey.
Before you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Yearly plans need one month's notice and are cancelled through the Disney+ Help Centre.
- If someone else bills you, such as an app store, a retailer or your mobile, TV or internet provider, cancel with them.
- You can pause the subscription instead of cancelling it.
Paid through Apple or Google Play?
If you subscribed in the Disney+ app on your phone, Apple or Google Play may bill you. Then cancel it there:
